John and the rest of his team were extremely professional! The number one thing that I appreciated from them was their honesty and communication skills. Most recruiters will tell you what they think you want to hear, send you in for interviews that you don't stand a chance in, and never return your calls unless it benefits them. Not the case here. I didn't even end up getting a job through AIT, but I will definitely go back to them if/when I need to in the future. It may seem easier to go to the McDonalds of accounting/finance recruiting (Robert Half), but if you want somebody to truly be looking out for your best interest, go speak to AIT.
