My meeting with Jorge went very well and I was pleasantly surprised with the level of engagement and interest he took in my career goals. He did a great job of explaining what he and the company can do and what I should expect. Jorge seemed to ask all the right questions to find out where my strengths are and what I'm most interested in pursuing. I left the meeting feeling very good about the potential opportunities he and the team can help me with. It was great to meet the other team members at the end of the meeting and have Jorge introduce me with a recap of my experience and interests...nice touch. I look forward to working with Jorge and the team in the near future.
