My meeting with Steve was great. He was honest, thorough and well prepared for the interview. At the end of our meeting I was introduced to the other AIT team members who focus in the area that I am in. It makes me realize that I am not just working with a single recruiter but with the AIT team. The whole recruiting process differentiates AIT from rest of the recruiting firms. I look forward to working with Steve and his team in the near future.
