I arrived approximately 20 minutes early and was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist.

Jorge was pleasant during our meeting - introductions to the remainder of the staff is always a nice way to end the visit. I did not get a business card since Jorge just started the prior week - blank business cards should probably be available for similar situations and in the absence of that, an associates card should be extended during the visit. Otherwise, your client leaves not knowing if they are a valued part of your business.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Let me add here a bit about the office.

The lobby is small in comparision to some of the other offices I have visited. The contemporary chairs and corner table are a bit large in scale for the small lobby (I sat up right next to the reception counter) - clients go into an establishment such as yours professionally dressed, a bit nervous and anticipating results - the setting/lobby should greet a prospective client to come in and relax a bit before their meeting. Sitting in a "cramped" space doesn't foster that feeling. The bottom niche in the wall was empty - perhaps a vase & a picture of the staff on the wall might add to the ambiance of the office.
