I was contacted by TSG based upon my resume posting on the Monster board. The recruiter felt I might be a fit for two positions she currently has open. When I went for my interview, I found the stsaff and surroundings to be very professional and clean leaving me with a good impression. Then, I met my recriter who turned out to be very thorough adn personable. She left me feeling that she would be able to help me find a new postion and would be with me every step fo the way diring the interview process. I have not gotten this same feeling from other recruiters at other compaies.
