I had an appointment during my lunch break, so I expected I would be seen right away. The receptionist was very friendly, and would rate her top notch; she offered me water, and kept me up-to-date. However, the recruiter did not break away from whatever he was doing; thus I waited at least 15 - 20 minutes for him. I rank this as average for professionalism, which affected my Total Experience.
