Genia was great, she was recommended to me by a friend that I currently work with. We scheduled a meeting, went over my qualifications and what I was looking for in a job, and then she introduced me to the team. The only negative was that there was about a 2 week lag between the time I initially emailed her and our meeting, but that isn't a huge deal. We'll see how the actual recruiting process goes.
