Pleasant Experience
As a professional with over eight years of experience, I had the chance to deal with a number of recruiter/staffing consultant at different points in my career. I think a key quality that differentiates a helpful recruiter from the rest is his/her ability to listen to the candidate, and then try to represent the candidate’s point view to potential employer. Surprisingly, it is difficult to find such helpful recruiter. After my conversation with Briana Henscheid from Accountants in Transition, I got the sense that she is one of the few helpful recruiters out there. Briana was very attentive to the requirements for my next job, and did not try to force her opinion or convince me with something against what I thought best in my situation.
I look forward to working with Briana and the rest of Accountants in Transition team as I conduct my job search.
