Her demeanor and that of the team has allowed me to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout this transition process. It is a pleasure working with her and meeting the team (Genia, Steve, Shaun and Briana). I am impressed with the way Genia and Cassandra hosted my meeting (including reviewing the agenda). My only suggestion would be for them to ask the candidate if they have anything to add, allowing the candidate the opportunity to cover areas they wish to visit which may not have been included in the initial agenda.
