AIT runs a very professional recruiting firm. I had one experience working with a recruiting firm before AIT and it was terrible. The recruiter’s specialty was in a different field than mine and to this day (3 months later) I have not heard from them. AIT stays in great contact with you and provides great coaching and advice when interviewing. You work with a primary recruiter, but you get a feeling the entire AIT team is working for you. I would recommend AIT to all accounting professionals.
