We had a good experience with Abbey Carpet & Floor. I wasn't home when they came to our place, but my wife was there and she said they showed up on time. The job was a little more difficult than they had initially thought. So they discussed the situation with my wife and explained what would happen. I thought that was great. When I got home, they were very courteous and professional. They introduced themselves to me, and updated me on what was going on as well as what they had done so far. The job was completed in a timely manner and the results look great. They did a fantastic cleanup job before they left. Overall, we were very pleased.
