I called Abbey Carpet & Floor to come out and clean my carpets. I had some really tough stains on my carpet and was concerned whether or not they could be taken out. The technician they sent to me said he didn't know if he could get them out. He spent a great deal of time really working to get them out. He was down on his knees scrubbing and finally was able to get them clean. He was a very nice young man. Very customer orientated and an excellent representative of the company. He was courteous from the moment he came in the door. I just feel that he went above and beyond to get my carpet clean. I appreciate all the hard work and extra effort he made to get those stubborn stains out. I am very happy with him and will use them again. I will also recommend them to other people.
