Marty had been at another shop and had taken care of all our cars for 20 years. When he moved to Multistate Transmissions, we followed him. They are friendly and great.

There are four drivers in my family, and I basically go to Marty to ask how far I can drive a car or how long I can keep it or what repairs would be reasonable. It's been that kind of relationship all along.

I do a lot of business travel in my state. If I'm not confident in the car, I sit down and talk with him about what repairs could make me confident again or if it's time to get another car. That's the customer-professional expert relation I look for and Al is just as good.
