I tried Looking Good Day Spa because I had a gift card. I got a massage, which itself was okay, though I thought the masseuse could have been dressed more professionally (sweats, really?). Also, there was no place to put my stuff (it ended up on the floor), and during my massage, I was told "sorry there's a wedding so it may get loud in here".

BEWARE: When I went to pay with my gift card, I was told they were unable to locate my name or the name of the person who purchased the gift card for me in their system and the amount on the card was incorrect. In fact, they had the card registered to someone else. The woman "looked into it" and called me 2 days later to tell me that they were putting a freeze on the card as they could not find my information or the correct card amount in the system. I was told that without proof of payment the card would not be honored. The card was a gift, and I was unable to obtain proof of payment from the person who purchased it for me so the card was not honored. Please note, I had previously called the spa to confirm the amount on the card and the expiration date. I don't know what changed from then until when I used the card, but the amount on the card had previously been confirmed for me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
