New York Carpet Cleaning is by far the best and we would never think of using anyone else. In fact, this last time we had them out they finished up and we paid them in full. Then, the very next day, we noticed a few things and they came right back out that day. They fixed everything, as well as doing some new things and they never charged us for that 2nd day visit - that's just how these guys are. They really value and respect every customer and it really shows every time. Overall - we are extremely happy with the work, the service, and the value received at New York Carpet Cleaning. I happily rate them 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning needs.
