New York Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job for us. I definitely rate their service 5 out of 5 stars. We had our carpets cleaned as well as some new padding installed and they really went above anything we expected. The thing that really stands out for me was their timing. They were actually prepared a few days earlier than they had originally planned and went ahead and started the project early for us. They didn't waste any of their time - or ours for that matter. They were polite and professional throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend them for anyone needing carpet cleaning service! Overall, I am very satisfied with everything went.
