New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc. did an awesome job for me. This was not my first time using their services. This was the second time I used their services. The reason I used their services again is that they were able to schedule my service promptly and their pricing was reasonable. They did have to reschedule the service which was a bit inconvenient, but they were apologetic about it and when they were at my home they were very careful with the cleaning machines. They were cautious with the floor moldings and walls so they did not mark anything with their machines. They were polite and professional. They were easy to talk with and courteous. They were respectful of my home. I would use New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc. again!
