This was my first experience with New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc. I had them clean two carpets. They came and picked up the carpets when they said they would. They brought them back within a week, as they said they would. The carpets turned out pretty good. It was very easy to make the appointment. New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc. did a pretty good job.
