We really like the good communication we get from New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc. They are very flexible if I need to change a date or time and work within our schedule. We have used them many times before, but most recently had them out to clean the carpet in my office. The technician that they sent out arrived on time and was very respectful. The carpet looks great! We definitely would recommend using New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc.
