I am a first time customer of New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc. I called on them to come out and clean the carpets in my home. They were timely, and they showed up when promised, so that was nice. Their workers were also very polite and courteous. They even moved the furniture out of the way to clean the carpet underneath. So on that end, everything was good! The only reason why I am giving them a four star rating as opposed to a five star rating, is that there were a few stains on the carpet that they either missed, or couldn't get up. Not a real biggy, mind you, but I think those few stains could have been removed. Overall, though, New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc. did a decent job.
