New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc. is a company I recently tried for the very first time. I set up an appointment to have them come out to my home to clean just one room of carpeting. The technicians were very personable and professional. The project entailed cleaning a 9' x 10" natural fiber rug. The techs warmed me that this particular type of rug risked shrinking, but said it was unlikely it would happen. After they cleaned it the rug shrank about two inches on each side. The technicians were great, but my overall expectation was not met.
