I always use New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc. Their name is easy, but I keep their card nearby in case I forget. This is the only company that I'll use as I prefer their pickup service, I feel that they do the best job that way. They're always on time, here when they say they'll be, and if there's going to be a delay they let me know. They're very professional and above all, very nice people.
