I have used New York Carpet Cleaning 3 times now, and overall, it's been excellent. They have very good communication, and when I called, they were very responsive. They set up the appointment around my schedule, and they did a good job in my home, with shampooing and vacuuming the carpet. My only issue was they didn't have a specific service I was requesting. But overall, I had a good experience.
