New York Carpet Cleaning, Inc. was very prompt with their service. I used their service more than ten times. Never had any time adjustments to a scheduled cleaning. They showed up earlier than expected and I really liked their service. Carpet cleaning met expectations and then some with proper protection used to protect any flooring under carpets. Very specific about letting the carpet dry overnight. Price was really fair as they gave a discount for the more services that you needed. Waived the overnight fees for services for more than one carpet. Very pleased overall.
