We used the services of New York Carpet Cleaning for the first time. We gave them four items to wash, including a carpet. They did clean the carpet and did a good job with that. But they didn't clean the other three items. My wife was very dissatisfied with that. We did call and talk to them about it but they were not very helpful. We paid their prices in full and they were not cheap, but they did an incomplete job for us.
