I really like the work they do. I have a high end velvet couch and velvet bench that other companies are hesitant to clean because of the material, and I appreciate that New York Carpet Cleaning offers this service. I have them come out twice a year to come and clean my couch and bench, and I'm happy to keep scheduling them for routine cleaning. They are very responsive when I reach out to them, and they usually show up on time when I schedule an appointment.
