Lawrence R. Pappas CPA definitely knows his profession. He is fair and not aggressive. As far as moving along, and what is legal, he does give good advice. As far as how to structure businesses, etc, he does well. You need to work with him on what you want and then he will give a recommendation. I will stick with him as an accountant because he is timely on feedback and is easy to get a hold of. I wish he was more aggressive otherwise he is great.
