!Very bad haircut!
It was my first visit. I have waited about 20 minutes over the scheduled visit and I haven't got any apologies. Now I have to find some other place to go and try fix whatever possible. I cannot believe that this place has good reviews. Or perhaps it's just that I wasn't lucky.
