First I sent an email which was responded to right away. The customer service I received from the office was excellent. When Dave came (early by the way), he explained the process. We talked about my needs and what he could do. My car is eight years old and had never been cleaned on the inside. My kids are two and four. They ate and played in the car. It was so dirty. Dave did a fantastic job! My car looks like new. He kept me informed of problem areas,but he handled them well! I can't say enough good stuff about this company! The price was unbelievable. We are going to use them again for two more cars and my mom and babysitter are going to sign up too.
