Ok so I did my research and found that most of the reviews are 5stars so I decided to give them a call. Made an appointment to have my vehicle detailed and opti coated. Well dropped it off in the morning and picked it up the afternoon and noticed that some of the scratches were still in the paint. Was told that due to the softness of the paint it was difficult to remove the scratches for risk of more damage. Well I thought this was the reason I brought it to a professional (guess not). Don't get me wrong the car was cleaned and waxed. (Looks Good) but the attention to detail was not there. Wax in between the lettering and emblems of the vehicle. Left over smudges on various parts of the car. I am not impress by a so called professional since I shelled over 500 for the package. I might as well have taken to the city and have a guy with his side business do the job. Over Rated. No Detail in the word Detailing
