Yesterday I received my biannual air conditioner service. Tony R. was my technician. He was very friendly and professional. He called in advance and arrived on time. He confirmed the service he would provide, explained his findings and gave suggestions for maintaining my unit. It's very hard to find good service, but the service I receive from Tony R. and Amanda (the scheduler) was excellent and well appreciated .
