The repairman they sent wasn't able to figure out why our heat pump wasn't heating. After spending one hour looking at it, he just told us to hire an electrician to increase the amps to the unit. We spent almost two hundred dollars for the electrician just to find out that the amps could not be increased any further. We then had to hire another AC company who sent a great repairman who fixed the unit within an hour. The problem was due to a faulty thermostat not the electrical voltage. So the service call fee that Snyder charged us was wasted money since they didn't diagnose the problem correctly and failed to fix the unit. When we complained to them about this they were unapologetic, denied any wrongdoing, and offered no refund. Will never use this company again and strongly urge other customers DO NOT USE Snyder heat and air company.
