I received a call from Snyder to let me know that the technician was available for my 4:00 PM appointment. . Robert was ringing my door bell at 3:45. He was very courteous when I answered the door. Explained what he was going to do to service my air conditioning unit. I had questions, which he took his time to answer my questions so that I could understand. He told me a better way to change my filter than I had been doing. He also told me it was important to keep the bottom of the unit that is outside the house clean and explained the best way to clean it. He also, told me when bumping up the thermostat to do it in increments of 3 degrees at a time. I never knew this and really appreciated him telling me.

He was very thorough in servicing the unit.
