I just had a very bad experience with Don Moore, a Snyder Company employee. Snyder Heating and Air installed a complete HVAC System for my customer on 10/3/18. I was told by Mr. Moore that a part located near the air handler would have to be replaced and that R & R Electric would be contacting me to schedule an appointment; however, he failed to tell me that there was going to be an additional charge. Today, 10/22/18, I received a call from a R & R Electric Employee stating that she was calling for payment. I told her that I was not aware that there was an outstanding payment. I hung up with the representative and immediately called Mr. Moore. At this time, Mr. Moore told me that he was on the phone with the "electric" company, so he placed me on a 3 way call. I told Mr. Moore that he never mentioned to me that my customer would be responsible for an additional cost. Had I been informed of this, I would have communicated this to my customer (Who lives in Hong Kong), and he would have gladly paid it, just like he paid $3875 for the new installed system. I was very disappointed in the manner in which Mr. Moore spoke to me. I have done business with Snyder Heating & Air in the past, and have never had a negative experience until today.
