I have been telling everyone about the great service these technicians provide. Today I sat around until 4:30pm for a 4pm appointment only to find out that there was nothing they could do today to help me (it’s already 5:30 and I basically need a new unit). I understand that is out of their hands but they still charged me 99 bucks to come out. Way to add insult to injury, Snyder. At least knock it to 50 when we are still sitting here in a hot house.
