We have had Ben B. for the last 2 semi-annual checkups and he is a very knowledgeable technician. He is very thorough, honest in advising you about what is going on with your equipment. He is a caring technician and does everything in his power to make sure the customer is pleased with Snyder. He is the kind of employee any company should be proud of to represent them.
