Crooks. Sold me a hard wire unit
I had a install done over he weekend by a technician whose name is Latron Nelms. I paid for a unit which was old at first worked find ,but than $@!#% off and never turned back on. He gave me his direct phone number but to no avail he does not return my calls. Bad business Snyder
