We HIGHLY DO NOT recommend Cressy Door. They installed the Napoleon, with plenty of installation issues. Buyer beware of this company shady business.
1. Fireplace gets super hot, almost impossible to use. Everything you put on fireplace mantle will melt, and you cannot touch the mantle. Your hands will burn. Cressy Door manager utmost rude refuse to help regardless many attempts request made kindly.
2. The installed outside glass and inside reflective glass is filled with machine oil marks. You cannot see the fireplace when turned on its like a nightmare. Dennis, the manager owner at Cressy Door, asked us rudley as homeowners to remove the glass and clean the insert yourself. We are homeowners, not professional installers. By the way, this is a brand new install. Expect ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE from Cressy Door.

3. These are thiefs, not professional installers. Bad representation of Napoleon
Fireplace. Their good staff resigned and we are left with no service just hit and run $$$$$$ greed Cressy Door Company.

Save yourself the trouble we are going through and purchase from another professional company instead so you don't have to deal with cheating nightmares and installation problems. Paid so much money for brand new Napoleon Fireplace that we cannot use. Imagine how you would feel, gathering at Thanksgiving and Christmas by a new fireplace that you cannot use because cheating companies like Cressy Door refuse to fix the glass and excessive heat because it's all about the $$$$$$$ for Dennis, owner manager at Cressy Door.
