I am a home builder and have used cressy for several projects but the last 2 they have forgotten to schedule installs and we had to wait over 2 months for garage doors on another project they set up the wrong fireplace and when I contacted them I did not even get an apology just will fix in a month. What kind of customer service is this? I will never do business with cressy agian!
