I had one of the best experiences today working with Rudy Zamora. In the day before Thanksgiving when everyone is busy, he came himself and fixed the garage door and in the spirit of thanksgiving he didn’t charge me ( a service usually costs 200$)

So here’s what happened in detail, Last night my wife pumped the garage door with our car while it was opening, and it was gonna ruin our celebration fo thanksgiving with the people coming over!!! I called them very late at night and they took my case and said someone will give you a call to understand how bad is garage door and whether it can wait till the morning. I sent pics, and they thanksfully advise that it can wait till the morning rather than paying a huge bill for emergency service. And advise Rudy from sales and dispatching will give me a call in the morning.

So this morning Rudy called and he said everyone is busy at customer jobs in the shop close to my house, but thankfully he said he is close to my town and can come have a look and possibly fix it today. He did a great job, quick, efficient, excited about he is doing, and more over didn’t charge me.

My experience today shows how Rudy Zamora and the whole Cressy Door and Fireplace team care about their job, their customers, and the great spirit of people in the country we love in. I would recommend Creasy Door to anyone that would like a professional and efficient service for their residential or commercial garage needs.
