Over past 39 years I've owned many homes & businesses in 3 states and purchased carpet numerous times. NEVER have I purchased carpet that looked so bad after less than 2 years: Wear patterns & unremovable stains.. To make matters worse, Joe Castanon Sr repeatedly promised to replace the defective carpet but after more than 5 months, nothing but empty promises!
