The report from our inspection was thorough and covered what we had discussed. Our only question was the cost estimate for the rot repair on the deck sheathing and deck tile (pg.4). Everything in the report was clear and professionally done. d
Dave Pioli is a very personable engineer with great eye contact. He is passionate and knowledgeable about his field and we trusted in his experience. Everything he said was framed in a way we could understand. It all made sense. At the conclusion of our inspection we felt confident in what needed to be done and how to do it. It was really an enjoyable experience!
As an added note, office manager, Robin, was kind, informative, and very helpful throughout the entire process.
