I would strongly recommend Pioli Engineers to anyone looking for a building inspection, period. His response time was immediate, his timing was speedy, and his final report was written up & provided to me within 36 hrs. of the inspection. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Now the only thing is hearing back from him on some follow up questions, which I'm sure he'll do very shortly.
