We were very pleased with Dave's services. He allowed us to shadow him, ask questions, and ask for further explanation on things, He never once said "It will be in the report." He took the time to explain things that were of concern to him and why and what we could expect for time and expense in repairs or if he was not sure, he would let us know some things were beyond his realm, which is totally fair. The report was also delivered even earlier than expected and charges were correct on my credit card.
