Matt Klein came out to inspect the house on short notice to perform a structural engineering analysis of a crack in the side wall of the house to determine if there were any foundation problems. He determined it was a stress crack that probably occurred during the drought of 2007. He took several pictures and provided his findings in a detailed written analysis within 48 hours of his inspection. He was very professional throughout the inspection and answered any questions I had.
