I have used Criterium on multiple occasions, and Matt has helped me dodge mold, asbestos, and structural issues on several purchases that would have cost me thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of dollars to remediate or repair. Even when I use his recommendations as starting points to call in specialists for more in-depth assessments, they invariably corroborate Matt's initial observation.
