I am purchasing my first home and used Criterium for my Home Inspection. Matt was VERY thorough and patient with me as I went along on the inspection and had many questions. He walked me through his findings as he went and gave me tips and info for how to maintain the house once I move-in. It was nice to feel like I truly had someone looking out for me!
