What a Mess!

After an illness I signed on to Consolidated to help me keep track of and have my creditors paid on time. Three years into the program I started having collection agencies phoning me and two creditors telling me I have made no payments in months. After many, many, many calls (over the time frame of a full year) to Consolidated trying to sort out situation ..... they told me each time the situation was being delt with and corrected. I even finished the program and received a credit discharge letter stating I had paid all creditors in full and was a client in good standing. 5 months after that letter and finishing the program, another collections agency begin to call claiming accounts not paid in over a year! Same issue I had tried to have rectified many times. Another.... call to Consolidated and after an indepth inquiry it was discovered that Consolidated accidently dropped (deleated) one of my accounts. It now turns out I still owe $3800.00 and my credit score is kaput because it looks like I have refused to pay this creditor for over a year. I joined the program for help in keeping track of bills making sure everyone was paid on time and now my credit score is much worse than before I joined and I still owe $3800.00. I actually feel sorry for the customer service people trying to mop up this mess...I can only say they have been very thorough in the appology department. I really feel that Consolidated should help me with this situation. They have ruined my financial credit score and profile. Ruined!!! The $50 a month in fees I paid over 4 years to Consolidated Credit would have gone a long way to pay off that $3800.00 I now find myself still owing after their colossal accounting blunder!
