Not even sure where to start. My entire experience with this company was awful from start to finish. First, they completely messed up my paperwork and destroyed my husbands credit when he didn’t even enter the program! It took a full year of my husband going back and forth with Equifax and his creditors to fix the error and restore his credit. Consolidated Credit made no apologies or did anything to help. They completely washed their hands of the error! It was very frustrating! I have had horrible customer service. My credit score was destroyed! I am not listed as in collections with my credit report instead of on payment plan. Unable to apply for any loans or any new credit cards because the lenders look at my report and basically laugh. Consolidated credit is taking 0 responsibility for my credit report. They have sent me notifications that my accounts have been paid in full and are now closed yet my credit report says I still owe and am now in past due status. I’m trying to call them again but it goes directly to voicemail. Absolutely abhorrent company to deal with. If your looking to consolidate your credit do not use this company... look elsewhere and good luck!
