Affecting my credit due to their error
just got my credit report and it states that I missed payments that are supposed to be covered by consolidated credit. Signed a contract and in May Consolidated credit was to cover my payments and I pay Consolidated credit instead. But now on my report it states I have a passed due to the company which is being paid by Consolidated credit. This is terrible and speaking to customer service, they have no idea what's going on
